Set the heat press to the recommended temperature, usually 300°F, and medium to heavy pressure (40-60 PSI)

Place the transfer face down on the garment with the image facing up and the white side down

Cover the transfer with a silicone sheet or parchment paper

Press for 7-10 seconds

Let the garment cool for 5-10 seconds

Gently peel off the PET film carrier

For best results, cover with a silicone sheet and repress for 5-10 seconds to ensure full adhesion
